Good To Knows

Team Meetings: Team Meetings are held every other Wednesday at 12PM in the training room. Lunch is provided at 11:30. Please check the online calendar for specific days and topics.

ALC Meetings: The Agent Leadership Council meets the second Tuesday of each month in the Team Meeting room from 11AM—1PM. All associates are encouraged to attend the meetings. Only ALC members can vote. New associates are highly encouraged to attend the 1st ALC meeting after joining the Market Center. By attending you can see how the Keller Williams system is put into action.

Associate Roster: Our associate roster is updated by the DoFI regularly. Please let Kerstin know of any changes to your contact information such as a change in your cell phone number or email address.

Training Calendar: Our training classes can be found on our monthly calendar which will be emailed and also accessed via our Market Center Intranet. You may also pick up a copy from the front desk. Please check it regularly for updates of classes. Events are also created in our Facebook group that you will be invited to (if you are a member of that group.)

Listing Input/Maintenance: All agents are responsible for inputting and updating their own listings in the MLS per MLS guidelines. Once they are put into the MLS, they will automatically be sent to the KWLS (Keller Williams Listing Service,) then out to Zillow, Trulia, etc.

Trust Checks: Please fill out the Trust Log, located at the agent services desk, and turn checks in to the MCA to be kept locked up (unless file is turned in to Transaction Coordinator within 24 hours.)

Dress Policy: It is important that everyone who associates with and respects Keller Williams do so in a professional manner. Associates should conduct themselves properly in public, keep their car clean, drive courteously and maintain a well-groomed appearance. Appearance is the single most important impression factor you have. It is important to be well groomed from a well kept hairstyle down to one’s shoes. We are a professional business; your manner and appearance should reflect this at all times. This dress code should include coming into the Market Center on an associates' day off.

Misc Info

​Things to remember:

  • 21st of each month your office bill is due, or it goes on your credit card. Also look forward to seeing your Profit Share in your bank account!

  • Check your mailbox weekly.

  • You will be assigned a copier code from our IT Director, Brian. It usually consists of 0 and the last 4 of your social, unless you requested otherwise. Each associate has a unique code. Your first 500 black and white copies are free, and are $.05 each copy after that. Color copies are $.15 each. They will be billed on your monthly office bill. If you would like to know how many copies you have made in the month, please contact Brian.

  • The fax machine is built into the copier. To use the fax machine select the Fax function, press 9 first then enter the fax number and press the Start button. Incoming faxes are received by Kerstin at the front desk and you will be called as soon as a fax arrives. The fax will be placed in your

         mailbox (unless you say otherwise).

  • You can scan documents to your email address from the copiers. Select the Scanner function, tap on the letter of your last name, then scroll through the list until your find your name and tap on it. If you are sending it to a client, you must enter their email address manually. You may send it to multiple recipients if needed.

  • Each associate is responsible for their own postage.

  • Each associate is given an electronic access card to the building/suite at sign-up. The access card will grant you access to the building after hours and on the weekend. If you card doesn’t work please bring it to Brian.
